Dr. Bradley teaches taxation at the graduate level and managerial accounting at the undergraduate level. His research interests include all aspects of taxation and issues related to the information technology and business strategy interface.

His publications include articles in The International Tax Journal, The Tax Adviser, Oil, Gas & Energy Quarterly, Valuation Strategies, The Ohio CPA Journal, The 2002 Handbook of Business Strategy, The Journal of eCommerce and Psychology, and Behavioral Research in Accounting: Foundations and Frontiers.

Dr. Bradley also conducts continuing professional education seminars for accountants.  Prior to joining the faculty at The University of Tulsa, he practiced as a tax attorney and before that as a Certified Public Accountant.

He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business fraternity.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Accounting Association, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Cravens teaches cost and managerial accounting at the graduate and undergraduate levels and management control systems at the graduate level. Her research interests include management accounting issues such as transfer pricing, brand valuation, and strategic alliances.  She is particularly interested in the international environment and is on the editorial board of the Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.

Her publications include papers in Accounting Today, Advances in Management Accounting, Business Horizons, International Business Review, Auditing and Taxation, International Journal of Accounting, Journal of Financial and Strategic Decisions, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Managerial Auditing Journal, Managerial Finance, The Oil & Gas Tax Quarterly, and Research in Accounting Regulation.

Dr. Cravens conducts consulting and training for local companies and has conducted seminars outside of the United States as well. Prior to joining the faculty at The University of Tulsa, she was a senior tax consultant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche) and with Burlington Northern Resources.

She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi honorary accounting fraternity, and the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.  She is also a member of the Academy of International Business, the American Accounting Association, and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Dr. Hennessee has taught at The University of Tulsa since 1977. As chair of the Department of Accounting from 1984 to 1987, he was instrumental in creating the Master of Taxation program. 

He has been teaching online courses for four years, including courses offered through the nationally recognized iMBA Internet-mediated MBA program. Some of the courses he teaches are tax research, tax accounting methods and systems, taxation of corporations and partnerships, taxation of property and security transactions, oil and gas taxation, and other areas. Much of his research and consulting interests are in area of oil and gas taxation.

Dr. Hennessee has taught numerous continuing education seminars in oil and gas taxation and partnership taxation over a period of 20 years. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and serves as trustee of the OSCPA Educational Foundation.

His publications include papers in the Journal of Taxation; Oil, Gas & Energy Quarterly; Oil and Gas Tax Quarterly; Journal of Applied Business Research and Tax Ideas.  He is currently Editor of CCH's Oil & Gas Federal Income Taxation.

He was recognized as Outstanding Accounting Educator of Oklahoma for the years 1999 and 2000.

Mr. Rackley is the executive director of tax planning and controversies for Williams, where he directs all income tax planning, audit and other tax controversy activity.  

He is the current board of directors representative and past president of the Oklahoma chapter of the Tax Executive Institute. He is also a member of the institute’s Administrative Affairs Committee and is that committee’s designated liaison with the IRS LMSB Natural Resources Group.
